الهدف الأول: .رفع الكفاءة التشغيلية للكلية

الهدف الثاني: تطوير أداء الموارد البشرية.

الهدف الثالث: تقديم البرامج التدريبية بالجودة والكفاية التي تؤهل المتدرب للحصول على الوظيفة المناسبة في سوق العمل أو التي تجعله قادراً على ممارسة العمل الحر.

الهدف الرابع: إيجاد بيئة آمنة ومحفزة للعمل والتدريب في الكلية.

الهدف الخامس: توثيق العلاقة والتكامل بين الكلية والجهات الحكومية والقطاع الخاص.

الهدف السادس: نشر الوعي بأهمية العمل في المجالات التقنية والمهنية في أوســاط المجتمع.

Strategic Goals

Objective 1: Raise the operational efficiency of the college.

Objective 2: Develop human resource performance.

Objective 3: To provide training programs with the quality and adequacy that qualify apprentice (a trainee) to obtain the appropriate job in the labor market or that makes him able to exercise self-employment.

Objective 4: Create a safe and stimulating environment for work and training in the college.

Objective 5: To strengthen the relationship between the college and government sector as well as the private sector.

Objective 6: To raise awareness of the importance of work in the technical and professional field among Taif community.
